How quickly are items disptached?
Items are normally dispatched within 2-5 working days.

What countries do you ship to?
Almost everywhere. If you do not see your country as an option when checking out then email us. Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax and Impromptu has no control over that. There may be other related charges, typically we do not see or hear about any extra charges so check with your local post office just to be safe. Tracking can take a few days to update with international orders. Please contact your local post office to check the status of your order. From time to time orders get stuck in customs and require action from the customer.

How can I pay?
Pay with PayPal and you can pay by bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.
